We are totally independent, meaning we work for you, not a financial institution. We aim to save you time as well as money by liaising with the lender on your behalf and assisting you with the necessary paperwork. MWA receive high levels of service and commitment from the lenders and get exclusive rates and deals not found on the internet or high street.
MWA can help you buy your first home, a new home or remortgage your existing home. We can also arrange Mortgage Protection Insurance, Buildings and Contents Insurance, Buy to Let Mortgages and Trusts. In addition we can refer you for Commercial Mortgages, Overseas Mortgages, Bridging Finance, Secured Loans, Solicitors, IVAs and Wills.
You can pay for our services by fee only. In these circumstances our typical arrangement fee is just £349 and only payable on a successful application. A reduced fee option is available where we retain the procuration fee from the lender. In these circumstances there will typically be no fee. The precise amount will depend on your circumstances.
