Morrison Ward Associates Ltd is an appointed representative of First Complete, one of the largest mortgage networks in the UK and authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

We are whole of market, meaning we work for you, not a financial institution. We aim to save you time as well as money by liaising with the lender on your behalf and assisting you with the necessary paperwork. MWA receive high levels of service and commitment from the lenders and get exclusive rates and deals not found on the internet or high street.

MWA can help you buy your first home, a new home or remortgage your existing home.  We can also arrange Mortgage Protection Insurance, Buildings and Contents Insurance, Buy to Let Mortgages and Trusts for any assurance plans that we arrange for you.  In addition we can refer you to a First Complete preferred provider for Commercial Mortgages, Overseas Mortgages, Bridging Finance, Secured Loans, Solicitors, IVAs and Wills. Our typical broker fee is £349, payable on application. The precise amount will depend on your circumstance. This fee will be fully refunded if the application is declined.
